As quoted earlier, the software alone is worth it, and he also includes an excel spreadsheet so you can build from it to suit your requirements.

I've bought it ad read it front to back 3 times, you can pick up all that is written here on SP but it's also good to be able to sit down and read with a highlighter pen and make some notes the old fashion way!

I attended Ranjan's 1 day course in Manchester (with a friend ~ cost reduction for purchasing 2 places!).

Deffinately worth it, the opportunity to pick up advice in person & all questions asked is worth the money on it's own. You will also meet like minded people, who you may soon be doing deals with!

The file & software you get with the course (to keep) is good stuff!! Excellent reference material.

I purchased Ranjans home study course the other week and have read it a couple of times. I have nothing to compare it with but what i can tell you is that it is very easy reading. There are lots of case studies and examples explained in laymans terms, which is fantastic for someone who has had no exposure to property investment/development.

The course has essentially provided me with a workable skeleton, which through reading the forums on here is enabling me to flesh it out. The singing pig is referenced in this course!

As others have said he does provide you with some discs. One of these contains 'Deal Analyser' software in 2 formats. This software gets use every single day while i'm looking for my 1st deal. The other disc contains around 30 forms, which will enable you set up and manage your portfolio yourself.

As an aside Ranjan also sends regular emails and you get subscription to his Newsletters.

What does the software do?

I have purchased both the home study course, and gone on the one-day course (twice!) - they are both very good products and very reasonably priced.  Ranjan, and his products are genuine, and will help you build a property portfolio, if you apply the information and work hard - hard work is necessary!  Ranjan will have a stand at the property investor show at excel, london in september, so is worth visiting his stand and having a look at the home study course to decide for yourself, also worth coming to one of the many seminars he presents (this is how I got to know about Ranjan's products).  For those still unsure there is a money-back guarantee on both products, but at the end of the day it is up to you to decide for yourself how serious you are about making a living out of property.

Better still, the stuff he teaches actually works, and this I think is the bottom line.

Using many of the ideas/stratergies that Ranjan teaches I have been able to purchase 6 properties (all BMV as he teaches you to do, and all cash-flow positive) with none of my own money since December last year, and am now 100% convinced that it works - so much so that I quit my full-time job (and my wife has gone part-time) 2 months ago to concentrate full-time of property.

Am happy to endorse Ranjan's products, and answer any futher questions, because implementing Ranjan's stragergies has greatly enhanced the quality of life that my wife and I now enjoy, and we now face the future knowing that with hard work we now have the knowledge to live the sort of life that six months ago we could only dream of.
