I've just posted a reply on another thread and then came across this one.  I also have had dealings with New World/Dreamlife.  How are things going with this case?  Is it already underway?

Just to let you know that I have recently been in touch with Tom Green regarding my deal that fell through. He still appears to be working for Dreamlife (think he is a Director but not the guy who owns the company), and has sent me properties over with no adidtional costs and fees to try to get me a deal sorted. He told me that he was receiving more properties to try to get people previously let down a deal. Nothing concrete yet but from my own experience it appears that things are still moving forward. Has anyone else had any positive contact recently ?

I haven't gone the legal route after reading some of your responses, it seems to be bearing fruit ... potentially ?!

Mark, be careful of Tom Green.  I had contact with him last year and he turned out to be completely insincere and a liar.  I told him about a couple of deals his colleague was dealing with that had fallen through and the monies I paid.  He promised to speak to the owner of the company (New World) about my case but after months of empty promises I found out that he had never spoken to the owner despite his assertions.  When I emailed him he simply ignored it so I've had to go down another avenue to pursue my claim.

I handed my money over a year ago and haven't had anything for it so I take your point and am very cautious. I just thought I'd let people know that I have had contact and that details of properties have been sent to me so work does seem toi be continuing, in a fashion.
