    Have you managed to resolve this issue?

    An attachment of earnings may be the way to go but there are other routes that you can use.

    Do you have a garrantor on behalf of your debtor?

    If you have lost contact with your debtor you could use a Debtor Trace agency.

    The law states you can collect debts that go back 6 years as a company we believe that any longer than 3 years can cause difficulties in locating debtors but thats not to say it cant be done.
