I am involved in the OBZOR DEVELOPMENT where I seemed to have bought a 2 bed apartment 80m2 at €40,000.  I have beent to the location and it is front line beach, a nice area. I have just had a new contract sent to me to replace the old.  The development is supposed to be ready now in DEC 2010. R2O have had my €40,000 for over 2 years now. It was an  upfront payment because the price was only 500€ m/2.   Is there anyone out there also involved in this.  Has anyone asked for their money back from R2I.

I requested a refund in Oct 2007 and I got the money refunded in Dec 07. Refund of the reservation fee took another 2-3 months to arrive but in the end I got all my money back.

I have decided not to invest anymore with R2I until successful completion of another investment I have with them. I will then re-assess the situation.

 Roger tut tut! Do you mean failure to start, failure to get planning permission, failure to complete, failure to be worth what was paid, failure to be worth what was projected after x years, failure to rent at  specific prices . . .  .

I have an ongoing investment in Ready2Invest (R2i) Mojacar project, and had an investment in Turre connected  with that. Also R2I Sveti Stefan and Bulgaria funds. 

In Sofia I have an apartment which I purchased 'on my own', which has been much more successful!
