    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

    Hi Graham,

The last update I received on the contract was in May when the lawyers office wrote a note to Choices Acquisitions which said "we contacted the lawyer of the developer to prepare the needed contracts, we have a promise that they will send them to us this week. As we have them we will immediately forward to ..........".

I have still not received the contract.  The lawyers (and Choices) said they would seek my written approval before signing any documents on my behalf so I can only assume that there is no contract at present.

They were in such a rush to get my deposit money once I'd agreed to purchase in October 2007 that I assumed all the legal work was done.  Apparently not!  I was asked to submit another credit check and sign a document about data protection last summer.

Unicredit bank, who the mortgage is taken out with in the contract have suffered as a result of the credit crunch and they may now not be willing to go ahead with non-status mortgages on this property - I presume the hold up is with finance.

I am planning to go out to Hungary in March.

Have you seen the final contract and given your approval for the contract to be signed?

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

I would like to say just how much I am enjoying and reaping the benefits of investments through Choices. So far I have bought a BMV 3 bedroom house in Wales and refurbished the property and sold on for a clear profit of £12,000 early this year even when the market was slow. I have also bought 2 bedroom flat in London to rent and it is doing extremely well, much more than first thought. The equity in this property is at least £65,000 on a conservative figure. The rent is £1400 per month and providing a healthy yield/profit from my investment.

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

We became a Choices client six month ago and are about to complete the purchase of the 3rd property acquired through their services and within the next three months we anticipate adding a further two or three properties to our portfolio.  Our underlying medium-term strategy is to achieve substantial capital growth as the property market recovers and to follow this up with an ongoing income stream from a very favourable purchase price to rental income ratio. This strategy is only possible through the very substantial discounts that are possible through Choices reputation and buying power – the initial fee charged by Choices was recovered many times over on the discount we obtained on the first property we acquired through them

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

Being new to the property investment market I needed a company with large scale research facilities and relationships with a wide range of agents. Over the last 6 months Choices have continually found these kinds of deals for me and as such all my purchases are both making me money and increasing in capital value
