    I work directly with vendors and agents to provide my clients some of the best opportunites in commercial property development.

    An example of projects that we have currently:

    100 m2 land with planinig permission for dwelings approx 33k.

    1000 m2 land without planning permission 6.5k

    2 Acres land 19K in the North.

    7 Acres land planning permission for 91 industrial units; 2M

    Hi All,

    We arrange Commercial Funding, most people looking for 75% LTV i.e. having the 25% as a deposit.

    We can arrange 85% LTV but the interest rate will be higher, usually 2%+ over base rate

    100% is possible but you will have to provide additional security.

    Commercial Finance from £50k to £2M

    10 to 30 Years, interest only available
