    Hi Renier,

How have you been doing with your PAS system?  Had much success?

Have your purchased adpaks, leads etc?

Re: Anyone heard of The Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

    PAS Support (or Lack Thereof)

As a PAS member, I had submitted a support request to PAS some time ago (27 days ago, to be exact). During a recent members-only teleconference, a member asked Bill O. about the whole support ticket system issue. Bill's response could basically be summarized as: If you want an answer to a support issue, just voice your concern via one of their members calls ... which means that you must be available to be on the call at the date and time they have scheduled it.

For me, this poses quite an inconvenience. In my opinion, if they're not planning on replying to any past support tickets, then they should pull down the support ticket system altogether until they believe they have the manpower to properly address the issues. I had waited over 20 days only to find out the there was very little likelihood that my ticket would ever be addressed (unless I called in and voiced it during a membership teleconference).

Another way to look at it ... they've apparently had enough time to strike a deal with not just one, but TWO other opportunity sources (IPG8 & Freedom Rocks), but they have yet to solve their glaring support issues. These kind of collaborations usually take a considerable amount of time in planning and execution (we formed several of these back in the days of my previous company). In my personal opinion, they are focusing on the wrong priorities.

Now, please don't get me wrong, expansion can be a good thing. But, it should be executed carefully, with a robust support system in place prior to adding additional components to their business model...

Icon, I can't quite get what you are saying here. You admit that this "business" has taken 27 days to answer a support issue. Are you still promoting it? The guy at the top is probably too busy counting his money and siphoning it off into offshore accounts to care about support tickets. Have you ever done the maths on PAS? If you have you would know it's a pyramid pure and simple. If 2500 people join then the following scenario would occur:

That 2500 needs 7500 recruits to just barely break even. That 7500 needs 22,500....67,500...202,500...607,500...1,822,500.. .5,467,500..16,402,500... 49,207,500..147,622,500...442,867,500....1,328,602 ,500 3,985,087,500...11,957,422,500...35,872,267,500... .We just ran out of people so i hope PAS have recruiters in other star systems! A few years back that Women empowering Women (Hearts) was investigated by leading journalists, they concluded that if it cycled 12 times in perfect symmetry then you would exhaust the population of earth. Can't you see these things are doomed for failure.

    Hi Doddsy,

Actually, my recommendation to my readers has been (and still is) a "thumbs-down" for PAS ... so I wouldn't say that I'm promoting it.  I don't think URLs are allowed in this forum, but you can see this recommendation by "going to" my sig line, then navigate to "Business Opportunities".  No subscription is required to see it.

there's a BIGGGG long thread on PAS in www.scam.com

if it looks like a scam, smells like a scam, and protests its innocence like a scam, then it's a scam

Re: Anyone heard of The Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

The Prosperity Automated System (PAS) claims that you can earn income by simply joining their program, purchase some "Ad Packs", then sit back and watch the $ roll in.  Back in January ('06), I decided to take this system for a test drive.

I recognize that you may have already heard of many who are succeeding in PAS.  However, I (personally) have yet to correspond with anyone (PAS member) who has done so via the "passive" approach.  Each "successful" PAS member (that I am aware of) has attained their level of positive success via their own advertising efforts (magazines, TV co-ops, newspapers, AdWords, etc.).

I wanted to test PAS by taking their ad copy literally.  The home page contains the statement:
    Enjoy hands-free income!

    The flash movie states:
It will send thousands of real-time prospects from search engines right to your system website!!

It also claims that you have to do no advertising.

Finally, this statement can be found via "The Comparison" page of the website:
PAS is a 100% turn key business you can ‘manage’ in ONLY 9 MINUTES PER WEEK! You do nothing else but check your sales progress online and answer your phone to hear, “We just closed another sale for you, expect your check to arrive soon.”

I signed up to see how it truly worked, and I now report my "insider" findings every two weeks or so via a newsletter.

Here's a summary of what has transpired since January '06.

During the first few months of my membership, the Ad Packs (which cost $190/month) were performing horribly.  The traffic was dismal, the results were the same.  To their credit, the folks at The Prosperity Network realized this and began "comp'ing" members with Ad Packs.  I was one of those lucky recipients.

The company then began exploring different avenues of advertising (Sirius XM radio, Television, etc.).  They have already launched their radio advertising campaign (a campaign that is designed to drive traffic to websites of members who have purchased Ad Packs).

Below is an update regarding Ad Packs and their performance (or lack thereof):

From January '06 through May '06, I had 3 Ad Packs going. Result: 1 sale in March
I've since reduced that down to 2 Ad Packs (June '06 until the present).

The number of Visitors to my PAS Website averaged about 15.5 per day in July.
That number has fallen to 9 per day. $380 worth of Ad Packs per month are producing 9 hits per day (and no callbacks since June).

The last two figures (15.5/day & 9/day) represent performance after the new radio ads began.

It seems (although I cannot verify this as an absolute truth) that those who are finding success in PAS are doing so via other methods (i.e. not via Ad Packs). Which would lead one to conclude that success cannot be attained via a "passive" approach.

If you are currently a PAS member and are utilizing Ad Packs, please post your results (thus far) here so we can collect a consensus of their overall performance.

Concerning my recommendation regarding PAS in general.
And please remember, I've chosen to the completely "passive" approach to this business, and my recommendation is solely due to my own personal experience.

    I still give it a thumbs-down.

Re: Anyone heard of The Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

so basically, you'd lose less money if you spent '9 minutes a week' tearing up tenners at the top of a windy hill.

Re: Anyone heard of The Prosperity Automated System (PAS)

Wow IG, you should put that one up in its own right

'9 minutes a week' tearing up tenners at the top of a windy hill

Can you post more info on this opportunity?

Is it a hill or pyramid?

Does the opportunity still work with fivers or twenties?

Can I still rip money up on a calm day?

I bet I have to introduce three of my friends/family to join me on the hill, right?

There are always more questions than answers and it gets so confusing, but this opportunity sounds too good to be true
