locate bmv deals

structure nmd deals to purchase the bmv properties

gain positive cash flow from those properties

use the equity from those properties to purchase others

It will cost you lots of your free hours - but there is an upside, the answer to all of your questions are located on one website --- its called SingingPig.

The cheapest option would be (as GabbyW) has already pointed out, to read singing-pig back to front - this may take you several months. Remember there is no rush to jump in - property will always be there!
