When I was in touch with World Capital Partners back in October 2007, I spoke many times to Graham Bentley, a sales executive who seemed to be very good at his job and in answering my many questions. As recently as 4 March 2008 he sent me both their corporate and Las Vegas brochures, but I guess they already knew that they were on a downhill slope by that time. Thanks to information on the internet (possibly this forum) which showed that former investors were still waiting to see any results on their investments, I kept hold of the brochures but didn't pursue it. Now I am so thankful that I didn't take it any further, and especially thankful that I didn't go into their office when invited, since being quite naive, I could have signed my life savings away on a dotted line before walking out of the building.

I would be interested to know whether the bankruptcy was known about or very likely in March 2008 when I was sent that letter, and also why their website doesn't say what's going on.
