How much are you paying commercial property finders (including any brown envelopes!) out of interest?

I am currently sourcing deals and putting them to clients for a 25% equity stake part of which I do the legals for free. Anyone else interested?

I have just ventured into sourcing commercial opp's between Marbella & Gibralter. Whilst there is huge residential expansion with 20% of the population being ex-pat there are few retail parks and commercial / leisure centres. I have details of a site for a supermarket, commercial centre & 2,500 parking spaces, 33.5M euros. I haven't given commercial property sourcing much thought, particularly marketing.

Hope you don't mind me asking this on your thread Tiger - but I am starting to look at commercial premises to house my consultancy, its a small busines but I'm going to need room for staff soon.

If anyone has any details of good office block deals - no more than 4 offices (I'm not looking to source a tower as yet) - in the west lancs area please PM.
