I am looking to purchase BMV property in Somerset, I currently have a 2 properties in Burnham, and 1 in Yeovil, and am looking to build a good portfolio over the next few years..

my criteria in general is 2/3 bed houses  which are 20%+ BMV, for  buy to let purpose.. I am interested in all areas with in Somerset, although YEOVIL,STREET,GLASTONBURY,TAUNTON,BURNHAM, and surrounding areas are my main areas of interest.

I haven't forgotten those who, before Christmas, put a feeler out for property in the SW

You all may have picked up on the fact that Rhett Lewis has agreed to come and speak at the next WIN meeting at 'The Canalside'  (www.thecanalside.co.uk) next Thursday (26th March), giving his expertise and insider tips on how to find BMV deals with little personal input.  He will also advise on how to run a property business successfully in its own right.  This has obviously worked for him - he owns well over a hundred properties.

I mention it here because there will be a good turnout of investors in the region coming to this event.  You could meet at first hand those (including myself) who could be providing you with deals.  Plus the fact you will be learning directly from am acknowledged UK expert how to find your own deals much more easily, of course.
