Initial research indicates pitching the full mentoring package, which will last until clients are fully established and beyond, at £1900, with a £200 discount for SP'ers.

So £1700 for a complete business in a box, with everything you need along with up to a year of unlimited contact.

I'm looking at giving a whole host of goodies in with the package, such as (maybe up to now) 5000 leaflets, 100 loan agreement forms, every court form you will ever need, all compliance issues covered, a few days on my round, a finance package once you have been up and running your first 6 months and much more.

Clients not wishing to travel up here can choose to be mentored in the South too.

The package is all coming together now.

Any thoughts/comments on contents and price anyone?

Bargain Craig, that's my thoughts ! A credit crunch proof business which becomes more valuable the worst the crunch gets is a real niche well done !

Slow going though which is quite surprising really given the low working hours and other positives of this business.

I really must get the hang of Google Adwords....

Adwords is a nightmare... so easy on the surface... so hard in reality.... i've got a campaign running at the moment for the agency's "let only" service which should be pulling in 1/2 decent numbers but is doing nothing... 50 quid plus vat for rightmove / findaproperty / fish4 advertising for landlords until let... damn keywords....

Anyway, not one to hijack the thread, i'll be signing on the dotted line so to speak later this week. i'm only a little fish in the big pond of SP but the business gets my vote.
