It depends what you are looking ? If it is cash out it can be one day, if its is when the remortgage takes place - this will depend on the deal could be anywhere from 6 months to the end of the tie in period

I appreciate that the wait is frustrating and I am very confident people will be very happy with what we release. Just to reiterate one of my previous points. This manual is not a quick no money down scheme. It is about how effectively use no money down in the current climate. By doing this many more opportunities open up.
