    Hi Chris,

     If you attend the Maidenhead event, there will be a copy there for you to look at. At the last 2 events in Ealing and Manchester, the response was very positive and yes lots of people did sign up for course, as they saw alot of value in it with the market being the way it is.  A lot of investors are now finding themselves stuck, they have plenty of good deals however as they are struggling to get finance, they cannot benefit from the deals. I have many property finder friends who are telling me a large no. of people are just not able to complete on finance.

    The £1997 is money well spent and if you pay for course, you will be be able to attend the 2 day BOOTCAMP on 30th & £31st at Ramada Jarvis in Ealing, London. It will be very informal. On Friday, its a social gathering which starts at 7.30pm for students to get together and the next day starts 8am and finishes at 3pm.

    Hi Chris,

     The Bootcamp will be focused on marketing, this will involve a massive change in mindset.  If you are going to buy course, make sure you make the most of Rick Otton whilst he is here in UK.

    I read somewhere that the price of the Otton course varies depending on where you buy it (of course I can't find that message anywhere now otherwise I'd just ask the poster).  I've looked around and never seen it for less than £1997.  Does anyone know any different?

    Hi

    sorry if this has been answered in a thread somewhere else (if so can someone point me to it?) but has anyone actually shelled out the 2k to buy the course who isnt an affiliate of some kind that could possibly provide a review (PM if necessary)?

    I'd probably buy the package it if it was a few hundred quid without too much thought but at that sort of money i need to know more.

    my understanding (which could be waaaaaaay off) is this;

    1) rent2owner-er finds vendor who is motivated seller

    2) vendor agrees to essentially walk away from property and rent2owner-er assumes mortgage payments

    3) r2o-er rents out property to a third party after taking small deposit and has increased rent a %age of which goes into a deposit pot should option to purchase be exercised.

     is this pretty much it? if so, how many people in reality are willing to walk away from their home with just their clothes on their back?

    I attended the evening in Brentwood, Essex and met Pat Cunningham  & David Lee.

    It was a very good evening meeting new investors who use lease options plus it only cost £10 to attend.

    I dont mean you any disrespect in any form but you've just demonstrated the exact problem i'm talking about!

    I would REALLY LOVE to hear from people who arent affiliated with the product, have bought it, digested the information and have used it to turn a profit no matter how large or small. its been around a while now so surely there must be some positive endorsements?

    Hi Leighton,

    Thanks for email.

    The thing is I am working with someone (it's not Robert) who has done the training, read the manuals, got the t-shirt etc.

    What I am doing with him is, any leads that I get via my BMV site that does not allow for whatever reason a BMV deal.

    I am placing the leads with him on a JV basis, then he goes away to try and do a rent to own lease option on the property, it basically is another way I can use my leads/deals that otherwise I would just thow away plus if I can help the seller, that is a bonus as well.

    When you get to know how the system works, I can see this is how properties will be sold in the future, no estate bills, no waiting months to obtain a property, not loads of paperwork, just a simple way of doing business.

    Good luck in whatever you do.
