    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

Hi Jmac, I was dealing with Choices, it was quite successful. Last year I bought 4 properties and resold 3 of them with a good profit without doing anything with properties.Yes.it was due to my good diligence, I was only interested in a relatively quick reselling, flipping. 4 property was not such a success, so I rented it out with a some negative cashflow, but all in all it brought a great profit.. Unfortunately now all market has been changed, so no more quick reselling,  but they are still great company. Not all their deals suit everyone though.

Most important you should make your own due diligence. As for new builts overseas everyone decides by his own...

Please feel free pm me if you want  to know more.Regards.

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

I did a search on Sp for choices acquisition and didnt find anything. can you help as I am thinking of paying 250£ as a life time membership. They said that with this I dont have to pay anything. They will let me know of any repo, distress sales etc in the area that I am looking for. And they will also help me buy a property if I like something in Auction.

Therefore in 250£ I get auction info and they helping me to buy it, alert of any property that is BMV in the choice of my area + repo + distress sale.

Any suggestions or experiences to share?

    Cheers!

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

there are several, opinion about Choices. They are not for a faint-hearted and you will have to do a due diligance. I was lucky with them, others not..When I was buying from them I made quite a bit of research, mostly via Right Move. Never bought anything in an auction via them, only distressed sales. They charge 2or 2,5 plus VAT on sale. They charged 1500 as a membership fee plus VAT at that time.

Last year some of their properties were taken within minutes since appearing on a screen, now market has been changed.

If you are new on a market, do not expect Choices to be a nanny for you. It also depends what are your criteriums for a property you are going to buy.Always make your own diligence, as everyone  has a right to have their own opinions about properties, so Choices express thier opinion only..During my diligance sometimes I agreed with them, sometimes not, sometimes they underestimated properties, sometimes overestimated.

No one  holds  a cristal ball.

I have bought in E block at the Grove, does anyone know what's going on with this development - I was told I would be sent a contract in June but have had nothing from Choices and heard nothing from no-one.

Any news, good or bad would be gratefully received

    Hi Andy,

I just did a search on Choices Acquisitions and there were only 3-4 threads - have all the posts been removed?

Anyone out there help me as I don't seem to be getting any answers from Choices or the lawyers.

    Hi there,

I have purchased in Block C The Grove, went over there in May to see it, which i thought was all ok, and since then have not really heard much, they keep moving the completion date back and I have been trying to contact the solicitors and having no luck! I was promised pictures by Choices which apprently they had in weeks before i asked but hadn ot sent them out to anyone! (Rather Annoying) and am yet to receive them. Have you been out there at all? how many beds is yours?

What was the last update you received. All info is much appreciated..

    Thanks

    Graham
