Thanks for that, will be seeing if the leverage to the new found knowledge will be worth me getting stuck in the building work myself or spend more time negotiating deals and buying properties. Glenn has a full team working for him taking care of the tenants and leaflet/advertising team as well. But if I upgrade myself, I will know if builders are ripping me off! So thanks for that again!
Regardsing Glenns course vs Rialto's manual, I will recommend both. But see my other post on thepropertycourse thread in this section that I just posted.
In short, Glenn keeps his property and does HMOs without needing to get the dreaded licence. Rialto buy to sell mainly and but does not reject rent backs.
