Wish I'd known! Signed up, last month- all his so-called "Tips" appear to have been the Favourites anyway, at very ordinary odds. And all except one have lost. And then today- one of his tipping days- there is only an old messsge from last Wednesday. Has he finally run his last race???? Anyone any more info? Is he worth taking to court?

If I recall correctly his literature gives a money back guarantee, however I don't recall the terms of the guarantee.

To pursue the matter you would need to keep a record of his tips until the end of the period of your subscription. If by then his tips did n't live up to the money back guarantee you could try and claim your money back via the small claims court. I think it costs about £30 which will be awarded to you if your claim is successful. Contact consumerdirect.gov.uk to firm up on what I've just said. I guess it's worth doing if you have the time and inclination.

Looks like I'm one of the few who have made money from this scheme!

I've been a member since October, and although there have been a couple of poor runs, overall it has been pretty successfull.  The trick is to bet the same amount each time so that when you do loose it has been covered by winnings from a previous race.

I calculate that it's won 13 times out of the last 20 races so although it's not given me the figures promised, it has certainly made me money and it's been fun doing it.

     Hope this helps.

That's a good attitude to take.  I think the best that can be hoped for any 'system' that purports to guarantee gambling success, is that it minimises your losses while you indulge in your vice of choice.

If you enjoy a bit of a flutter, and can avoid losing your shirt doing it, then all well and good.

Happy to hear that there at least a couple of happy punters! And it is true that you should go into this with your eyes open, no doubt. Nevertheless, claims were made and my careful records show that since Feb 9th his hit rate has been only 46% (ie, losing 58% of the time)- not all that impressive. But more annoyingly, the update line has recently not been updated when he has said it would be on a number of occasions- and then you have no idea when the next tip will be available. Perhaps I should take bets on Julian Barker himself??!
