    Newfriday:

    Hi Goodtyneguy,

Your reply caught my attention and I was wondering if you have invested in Germany yet?

I came across this company last night: http://www.berlin-capital.com/ and intend to pay them a visit some time next week.

If anyone has any experience of investing in countries such as Germany and Turkey, then I would like to know your views and thoughts.

    Munir

No m8, as I said, just what I've read.

Do a search using "Berlin" and you'll find threads with the members here that are investing there.

There's a lot of big instituitional investors with property holdings. Investors that can pull "political strings".

I can't imagine they are very often wrong.

I get the impression that Germany is bogged down in old an out of date socialist mentality held together by a lot beaureacracy and red tape. The influence of the old communists after the wall fell has probably compounded this situation in this area. If I understand it correctly their system of government (proportional representation) only serves to hinder any major changes for the better. I would be surprised if the situation changes quickly.

Just the way I see it as an outsider, perhaps someone on the inside would care to comment.

    Re: BTL ajay ahuja

Thanks for the heads up on this  property guru.- Ajay ahuja.

I have been looking at his e-mails for while and was tempted. Some of the info provided is of use- however im always cautious about the book writers and people using old photo's of themselves!

When this guy recomended a Windizzi a site  on an e-mail from his good friend Adam.  The next "google" and you can own a share of it for free. I  was even suckered in (forgetting everything i know about ponzi/pyramid scams) Although no money asked for, wonder what they did with my e-mail address.

Anyway this website was powered by google and was asking me to make it my homepage and then eventually the more people use it, it would be sold and i would get a share. Yeah after this adam guy pocketed the affilate marketing. Reported and closed down within days.

I don't if the guy is a scamming peoples money, but hey its a cruel world out there. BE CAREFUL.

I have been on a good course so far. they dont source your deals, find your own -  see Parmdeep Vadesha - Do your own homework about the guy.

this a great adage to use  TRUST BUT VERIFY !

    Steve,

Please inform the Institute Of Chartered Accountants about Ajay's conduct.

Please see the link below and read down to page 4 of the Disiplinary findings. This is information in the public domain.

I think the more reports the Institute receives on Ajay, the more likely he will get struck off, as a pattern of deceitful behaviour is being established.

    Re: BTL ajay ahuja

    Hi,

I know this thread is a few months old but I'd be interested to know the outcome of any court action against Ajay Ahuja as we are just about to start court proceedings to recover £5000 from him. I am astounded that a man who has written best sellers, who has been interviewed as an expert by newspapers etc. can let all this happen! There are so many great people out there like Lisa Orme and Parmdeep Vadesha. Mr Ahuja gives "property experts" a bad name - a shame. Would be interested to know if anyone else has had a problem with Ajay Ahuja.

    Thanks.

    Hi Freedomfountain

I replied to your post ( on his forum ) about taking Ajay Ahuja to court and mentioned the fact that his business practice was discrediting his forum. ( which was actually quite good )  It seemed odd that his site was selling services that customers like yourself were reporting as very poor, or fraudulent and my view was that the site would continue to lose credibility, ending up as a fleecing ground of newbies.Guess

Guess what ???          HE HAS PULLED THE PLUG ON THE FORUM !!!!!!

Wow his reputation will surely take a nosedive further, in light of this ! I think our posts ( if you were "Outraged " on his site ) have been part of what has led to this regrettable action . Good luck with the 5k and keep this forum posted on any further developments

    regards Kevin McIvor

    Re: BTL ajay ahuja

Can I ask... what do peoplr think about the book he wrote named Property Hotspots in London? I gather the guy is a *** from what I have picked upm but is that book worth reading... picked it up from the library by chance only to do a search here and read all the bs his name attracts.

Advice appreciated, I wouldn't want to read it if it's just a load of crapola No

    Cheers!
