Where do I start …..
I am basically an ex-IT Contractor of 12 years and was at the head of the game in my sector….and over the past 5 years have been acquiring properties within my area…
As with everyone I have made errors on the way ….to date I have some 32 properties…
I purchased these in the normal traditional manner of working very closely with the agents and furnishing their palms with a book of pound notes. Naturally within time they where buying the properties them selves.
I know .. I know .. it was my own wrong doing … but I would have never been exposed to such deals otherwise..
Ok .. Now the CLANGER!!…. In 2005 I only purchased 2 properties as the market had changed and the Agents where keeping the deals for them selves.
Please .. hang on with me on this …
Late 2005 I bumped into a strange man called Glenn at the London PNC…
Who was introduced to me as the man who was buying a property a week ….
I thought this was utter Bu11….(as I had heard all this before…)
UNTIL he gave me a synopsis of his strategy and mechanism to acquire them..
I was hooked … and booked the next course ….
Been from the IT sector (Techy Heads)… I could not even spell or was not even edjumacated in something called ‘Marketing’….
I went on his course and was blown away at the simplicity… logical… and natural way of sourcing the type of Motivated Vendor I had only heard about …
Both the content and delivery where perfect and pitched at the right level…
What I did find refreshing is that the core information was not dressed up or camouflaged but built upon through out the day. The role playing was very cleaver as it forced you t thing and feel as if u where a Vendor….
Over all, the end-2-end process of acquiring BMV leads and converting them was clearly understood by the end of the day allowing you place an advert and talk to the sit in front of the Vendors confident of what to do
Armed with an advert and a few pounds I placed my Ad…
Gradually over the weeks the calls started to come in …
Initially, I must be honest that I had lost a number of deals through been both greedy and looking at what I wanted…Glenn put me right that its NOT what we need or want BUT more of what the Vendor needs…. It’s a fact of been completely transparent and upfront ….
It is now February and my current state of play is that …..
a) I have given up full time work
b) I have now closed my 3rd deal … and already made more money than last year as a contractor….
c) I am a fully fledged Repossession Angel working on 3 s3xy repossession Angel leads
d) I am in 2 Joint Ventures with the initial one about to pay up 20K profit in4 weeks time
I have since started to work with Glenn and the team and can safely say that both his work ethics and integiry are totally of the highest degree. As I now see the pasion and effort that goes on in the back room ... I can now see why Glenn gets so much satisfaction of seeing others do deals .... especially when they are Mentees and we have walked them through their 1st deal...
My final comment would be that I would pay anyone £300 not to go on the course and leave the Below value Market all to Moi …
