    Hey LuvComm.

    Glad to see that you have take "action" and booked yourself on Glenns' course. You've got nothing to lose as he offers a 100% refund if you haven't learnt anything. Some people just don't do anything and it is them that having everythign to lose.

    I took the very 1st course last year as a complete newbie with little knowledge of the BMV strategies. I only knew that they existed and were being used. Glenn's course gave me the drive and ambition to go out there and put the strategy into place. By actually "doing" I have learnt so much more and gained much confidence that I too can make the system work for me. His course is more interactive now, is full of examples and moves at a pace to suit everyone.

    Glenn is the real deal and is a very genuine person who has nothing to hide. I signed up to his mentoring offer and I can honestly say it's been more than worth it. Each vendors situation has been different and having Glenn explain what can and can't be done has been invaluable. No matter where Glenn is or what he's doing, he has always had time to discuss any case with me. He's almost like a 24/7 mentor. From his mentoing, and me asking tons of questions my knowledge has increased so much. Every potential deal I get, I run it passed him first to see if the deal stacks.

    Not only will he help you with ensuring the deals work, he can also provide you with the team that are crucial to BMV deals suc has brokers, solicitors and investors if you don't have any money at first. Putting together a team like Glenns' takes time and it's extremely invaluable to be able to make use of the one he has.

    Glenn's course is very practical, which is exactly what I needed. You can learn a lot from forums like S.P but in this business you need to relate to all different kinds of people. Glen is very down to earth. With his course and Gregs manual I was ready to pound the streets.

    His help does not end when the course finishes, he lets everyone know his personal mobile number and email address so you can get hold of him for any advice(even at 8.30am when he is off to the gym!)

    I have no hesitation in rec his course

    Wow, what a course.

    Thanks to this man and Rialto I am now sunning in Goa, India. They give you all you need and then with your own slant to there magical formula there is no stopping anyone who is prepared to put in the time and effort the results come out automatically at the other end.........the biggest secret is......JUST KEEP ON DOING IT.

    As it's a numbers game you might not strike a deal for a while or it might be quite early on, but either way don't give up.....I promise you it works and we get the added satisfaction of being able to help others in the package, now that's not bad is it?

    I have just joined and read the comments with interest. I have also been on Glenn's Property Course and he has given me the inspiration to pursue a niche in the marketplace that had not even crossed my mind a few months ago.

    Like everything in life we can set the vision and we can take stock of where we are now thus creating an expectation gap. This expectation gap can be filled with the correct strategy and the correct vehicle to drive that path. The correct strategy is done by people like myself but the correct vehicle is supplied by people like Glenn. His vehicle can without doubt make you financially secure and live the life that you always wanted. However, the vehicle needs to be driven and this is where the smart brains and the sometimes hard work comes into play. I take the attitude that if I come away with a good tip, idea, scheme etc then it has been more than worthwhile. I think Glenn charges £300 and in the last 3 weeks we have secured 2 deals worth £55k to us. That is not bad a return on our investment don't you think.

    Also would like to stress that Glenn has kindly given us help and advice since more than paying for the course. I would strongly recommend his courses as we should never stop learning and hope to come away with that little nuggett that will make the difference.

    Where do I start …..

     

    I am basically an ex-IT Contractor of 12 years and was at the head of the game in my sector….and over the past 5 years have been acquiring properties within my area…

    As with everyone I have made errors on the way ….to date I have some 32 properties…

     

    I purchased these in the normal traditional manner of working very closely with the agents and furnishing their palms with a book of pound notes. Naturally within time they where buying the properties them selves.

     

    I know .. I know .. it was my own wrong doing … but I would have never been exposed to such deals otherwise..

     

    Ok .. Now the CLANGER!!…. In 2005 I only purchased 2 properties as the market had changed and the Agents where keeping the deals for them selves.

     

    Please .. hang on with me on this …

     

    Late 2005 I bumped into a strange man called Glenn at the London PNC…

    Who was introduced to me as the man who was buying a property a week ….

    I thought this was utter Bu11….(as I had heard all this before…)

     

    UNTIL he gave me a synopsis of his strategy and mechanism to acquire them..

     

    I was hooked … and booked the next course ….

     

    Been from the IT sector (Techy Heads)… I could not even spell or was not even edjumacated in something called ‘Marketing’….

     

    I went on his course and was blown away at the simplicity… logical… and natural way of sourcing the type of Motivated Vendor I had only heard about …

    Both the content and delivery where perfect and pitched at the right level…

    What I did find refreshing is that the core information was not dressed up or camouflaged but built upon through out the day. The role playing was very cleaver as it forced you t thing and feel as if u where a Vendor….

    Over all, the end-2-end process of acquiring BMV leads and converting them was clearly understood by the end of the day allowing you place an advert and talk to the sit in front of the Vendors confident of what to do

     

    Armed with an advert and a few pounds I placed my Ad…

    Gradually over the weeks the calls started to come in …

     

     

    Initially, I must be honest that I had lost a number of deals through been both greedy and looking at what I wanted…Glenn put me right that its NOT what we need or want BUT more of what the Vendor needs…. It’s a fact of been completely transparent and upfront ….

     

    It is now February and my current state of play is that …..

    a) I have given up full time work

    b) I have now closed my 3rd deal … and already made more money than last year as a contractor….

    c) I am a fully fledged Repossession Angel working on 3 s3xy repossession Angel leads

    d) I am in 2 Joint Ventures with the initial one about to pay up 20K profit in4 weeks time

     

    I have since started to work with Glenn and the team and can safely say that both his work ethics and integiry are totally of the highest degree. As I now see the pasion and effort that goes on in the back room ... I can now see why Glenn gets so much satisfaction of seeing others do deals .... especially when they are Mentees and we have walked them through their 1st deal...

     

    My final comment would be that I would pay anyone £300 not to go on the course and leave the Below value Market all to Moi …

    Hi all,

    I've just arrived home after being on Glenn's course today and I am buzzing with excitement and raring to go!  Just about to go onto rightmove.co.uk to research my area before I put my advert out next week.

    This is an excellent course and gets into the "nuts and bolts" of Glenn's strategy for buying BMV.  He's got dozens of properties under his belt and its easy to see why, as his approach makes a lot of sense.

    I'd happily recommend it to anybody.

    I also had the pleasure of meeting Nick (n1ckoo7) and Loz, who are both great guys.

    p.s. don't believe Loz's picture on SP... he's much better looking in real life!

    Incidently how much was the advert?

    Going down the leafet road myself, been tinkering with my flier. 

    Hopefully get my order out for the first 10,000 before the weeks out.

    Going to hit the road and deliver some of them myself with the aid of girlfriend's wee brother. 

    He doesn't know it yet!
