Are you nuts? PP had these awards some years ago/ Given the slow speed of construction and Emerging Earth's lack of sales, I'd doubt very much that your information is correct. I'm not sure that Tim Stanley has been employed on the PR front for some years now.......perhaps you woke up from a lovely dream and had to let us all know about it.

Can you tell me why there is no information on the developement at Punta Perla...does everyone else think that this is a scam. It would be good to have some bona fide information so we cxan make decisions on what to do.

Has anyone been over to the DR recently to see if there is any movement with the development. I have had no luck whatsoever even after contacting the British Embassy in the DR and in Britain, I have received an email from International relations at PP saying that all these lies are detrimental to the company......are they lies or is it a genuine scam?

Certainly looks like a genuine scam to me!  The sooner all the other 'investors' ( aka the fellow conned) start writing to the Serious Fraud Office the better. I've posted their address recently and would urge as many people as possible to write to them in order to draw as much attention to this as possible.

If nothing else it may give some clarity to things if the SFO got involved. Maybe then the investor relations dept. might start doing some investor relations....................................if it's a genuine investment! Too many people are just burying their head in the sand. Wake up and do something!!

So Judge, how did you get on with the SFO. What action are they taking. Who is the contact name of the person in charge of your allegation. Would be far better if we all contacted the same person. Oh yeah, still waiting for you to join the members area. Remember, all you need to do is send evidence of purchase. Really find it hard to believe that someone such as yourself that is positive he has been ripped off hasn`t yet joined this forum but continually fires off on this public forum dissing his own investment.MMmm, how your brain functions !!!

Nobody takes your postings seriously because you haven`t provided evidence to Ben and until that time you simply fall in the category of the idiots that keep popping up on here preaching bull s**t.

Pull your head out the sand and join the REAL MEMBERS site. You will get a lot of info that you are not yet privy to.

Judge, why don’t you follow alig´s suggestion and join the members’ area, if you haven’t done so already? Alig is right and you are just a trouble-maker with nothing better to do than “preach bull***t” (thanks alig). No purchaser in their right mind (whether they believed it was a fraud or not) would risk ruining any chance of recovering losses. Your investment must not mean that much to you when all you do is trash it.

I go along completely with what your saying.  I contacted the developers office and Mr Dave Stewart works for OVP and has not purchased any properties on PP. He even fraudulently tried to get onto Ben Potters web site with a bogus purchase contract. He's so stupid that he even spelled his name differently on his contract ................................idiot.

Ben Potter is over there right now on his holiday. I look forward to his photo's when he ets back.
