In that case - I UNRESERVEDLY apologise to you. I am just so sick and tired now of this Singing Pig saga, believe me, and No One can begin to understand what I have to endure every single day through this Chris Long fiasco.
I have just taken a phone call from one investor who proceeded to ask me question after question, yet when I managed to get a word in and answered truthfully I am told; " I don't want to hear that" This guy persisted in trying to force me into making statements which were not true because that is what he wanted to hear. He would not listen to a word which was not what he wanted to hear. I told him Chris Long was now in a position to repay people within the next 6 weeks and would issue a signed statement to that effect, he said he did not want anything from Chris Long he wanted it from me. When I refused and told him I would not be issuing any signed declaration as I did not owe the money, he wanted my address - which I freely gave him - so he could issue bankruptcy proceedings against me. I really don't give a f***k anymore, if someone would rather fork out litigation costs in an effort to bankrupt me or take me to Court rather than get their money back just because they want me to admit something I'm not guilty of then let them get on with it. It's their money, I don't care anymore. But I will spend every penny I have got coming to me and sell everything I have to hire barristers to fight any litigation and I will be seeking to recover costs and damages should I win - which I believe I will.
I do not understand all this. These forums are saturated with posts from aggrieved investors who have lost serious money in bad deals with dozens of companies - most of whom are still trading - yet those companies are not returning calls, let alone fees, but are not a hundreth as prominent as this sorry mess, so let's just list a few of the facts here concerning this saga:
- Chris Long f****d up big time in not being immediately able to refund fees he had taken on deals which subsequently collapsed
- So have dozens of other companies on here
- Chris Long has never denied liability
- Chris Long has always stated that he will refund everyone
- Chris Long hasn't disappeared off the face of the earth nor refused to address this issue
- Chris Long hasn't gone voluntarily bankrupt to evade his responsibilities
- Chris Long has now got genuine deals - the proceeds of which sales are more than adequate to accomplish his promise to refund
- Chris Long has not hid behind those 2 little words so beloved of other companies - "Non Refundable"
- Chris Long has offered investors their refund or alternative deals with cashback on a NMD basis
- Chris Long has now issued a signed declaration to repay investors within 6 weeks
For my part I know I have not lied from day one and I know investors will now be repaid or satisfied from their alternative deals which is all I have have worked for over the past months.
I am genuinely ecstatic that this is now happening because I can then get on with my life and return to earning a living.
