I too have come across Morris much to my regret. Mine is the Verto development also in Skinners Lane and a similar story. I heard yesterday that Morris have gone into administration so I am looking to try and find fellow investors to collaborate with and possibly join forces with. 

Is there anyone else out there?

I wasn't aware they had gone into administration. I paid a deposit for an apartment in Verto also. I would be happy to link with you. Not sure what we can do though or where to start from.

Does anyone know what our options are now? Have we lost our deposits? Are we still legally bound to buy these overvalued properties?
