Tower Property Management Budapest - any experiences

I've been dealing with them for over a year now and the service has been like nothing I have ever known...in a very bad way.

Unless I am very very unlucky there must be other people out there who have been shafted cheated and mucked about by them, so I'd be keen to hear any stories, and crucially how any such situation was brought to a close.

    Thanks

    Hi Paul

We seem to be having some problems with tower also - Can't seem to keep track of payments as no statements have been issued - Any rentals paid to us are far below what we expect - and tenants (apparently ) don't stay long.

We can never get a straight answer on any questions regarding rentals paid to Tower or a break down of payments paid to us.

    What are your experiences?

     Cheers

    Wayne

    Hi Wayne,

On holiday to brief reply. Sounds like exactly the same experience. Absolutely shocking. We are due to take steps to exit from them shortly. Would be happy to fill you in in more detail but off the forum. Is there a private message facility?

    Hi Gaz,

I think you should try http://www.cesc-ltd.eu/

The owner is Swiss, not Hungarian. She is really nice.

They are at 6 Felk Utca,  you can call them on +36 1 270 96 28 for more information.

    e-mail  ' ); document.write( addy69154 ); document.write( '' ); //-->\n info@cesc-ltd.eu ' ); //-->   You need JavaScript enabled to view it ' ); //--> or skype: CESC-ltd

     I hope this helps!

     Best of luck!

    Afa

Management companies in Budapest are ALL fairly rubbish regardless of what nationality they seem to claim, I'm at my third now. Am with Tower now, only thing I'd say is that their online login system for owners is very, very handy based on previous disastrous experiences with other companies. Responses to e-mails are not as quick as I'd like, but I see what's happening through the system and the property is rented at least, and they at least talk to me when I phone. Compared with the last two, its somewhat of an improvement.

Hi, I hope you will have a better experiense!!! Just always make sure the money is transferred to you and the amount is correct!!!

They made lots of people redundant, especially at the Customer Service part, I guess that is why you don`t really receive any answers....and what I have hear more people left the company...so something must go really bad there...

I think the financial part is rubbish...they can`t even prepare a proper statement without a mistake!!!

Maybe you are right...nationality does not count...but at least they understand your needs as they must have gone through the same problems.....especially the language barrier is huge. + Hungarian people are nice...but the attitude is horrible sometimes...
