    Millmax Properties LTD....a CON?

Hi. Anyone dealt with (successfully) witha  company called Millmax Properties Limited based in the North West?

They were advertising deals in West Drayton and lots of flats up in Manchester.

    They are still advertising them.

They offer Money back Guarrantee if the deals dont close. They havent got the mortagge offers passed on any of the west drayton deals for the buyers, yet they have not returned their monies either .... 6 months of waiting!

I have taken them to court and won.

ANy one else dealt with them?

Looks like they are going under, just like many many other similar companies, so they come up with lucrative looking deals and just take in the reservation fees, and once they have amassed enough cash, they run.

I am currently beginning legal proceedings against Millmax. I believe that they may have gone bust because their contact numbers have all gone dead and there are no replies from their office. I would be very interested in chatting with you about how you successfully took them to court. Please would you email me privately at garyarbuthnot@gmail.com

    Many thanks

    Gary

I used to do Deals in both those Areas, I evaluated both deals and they were WAY over valued both on asking pricing and rental estimates.

They were using 2006/07 strategy too late (ie in 2008 that doesnt work!)

Hello All on this thread regarding Millmax Properties Ltd. - Yes it is a con! Leigh Heywood is a con man. He stole money from my cousin too just before Christmas. He thinks he is getting away with it but we will find him. This guy ilies and lies throught his teeth. He is bad business and we would happily join up with others who have been ripped off by this guy - agents - customers - staff - you name it he has defrauded them all out of a lot of money. Hey Jim Rennie please pass on his address I would welcome his home address he cant get away from a summons then.

I found SP by searching for Millmax information and was thrilled to find others in battle with him who perhaps I could join forces with.

    thanks for reading

    Thomas.

    Re: Millmax Properties LTD....a CON?

    Hi

Yes it's a big con, I also took them to court for monies they owe me, they kept having the judgement set aside and delaying matters with the courts. We were due to go to court on 16th December and a few days before this they had closed the office, and then put the company into administration.

According to the creditors report they owe many investors, of at least £5k. Something needs to be done about this.
