Hey Guys,

I want to get in to BTL or BMV.  I've paid off my own mortgage last year and think a flat or something would be a great investment for my 2 kids.

Was introduced to the BTL and BMV concept by Ritchie Flounders over at Majestic Properties, but he said I should get a Property Bee first.  Are they expensive and what do they do?

I'm not sure but I guess it properly is a property hive or property club where investors share the costs of buying, and also share the risks, but also all the rental profits and the capital gains.

Something to consider I reckon, as clubbing together to buy makes things cheaper and we could get some really premium properties and our bargaining power would increase, to get a big portfolio together.

However I'm not sure, I'm just guessing.

I've just googled it, but I couldn't understand it.

It seems to be a computer program you have to install which alerts you to best areas to buy in.

I told my boyfriend to install it for me, but he's gone off in a tiff accusing me of being mean with him !

If he calms down soon I will tell him to install it and report back if I can get it to work.

Why don't you ask Ritchie Flounders himself? Could mean something entirely different to the answers you might get here.

I've never heard the term 'property bee' before.

I still say, however, and this is surely backed up by the fact that people are currently baying for property clubs' blood, that the ONLY way to buy investment property is to simply do your research. The three key (and obvious!) areas are...

• Will it rent out?
• How much for?
• Will I make more than I spend (or if not, am I prepared to stand the shortfall)?

The measures that Des (Des90). Anni  (ann777) and Leona (obvioulsy all complete strangers to each other) will go to in order to drive traffic to property bee!

Destruction, annihiliation and..... Leona Helmsley being a tax expert...funny guys!....plus... all signed up within 24 hours of each other....and all supplied photos from day one..hmmmmm 

And yeah aldric you're right...why not ask a final important question to Ritchie flounders after he told you about property bee (because he obviously exists... yeah?) ..like
