Just keeping you upto date. The manual will consist of :-

• 4 Legal No Money Down Schemes
• 3 of which can be used to buy no money down through estate agents
• 2 of which can be used to buy at auctions
• You can use your own solicitors and mortgage brokers
• There will be various other products showing you how to make money on deals 10% bmv for example

We expect it to be ready early august, and yes it will come with a full support service.

 As much as I am looking to your revelations, I must say these snippits are getting a tad frustrating. Realise you have got to be sure of your method but from all your other posts you already seem have this covered.

Can you just let everyone know when it actually ready rather than nearly ready.

Just a few of points if you don't mind.......can you please just confirm (or otherwise) that these schemes will be able to be operated with little or small amounts of money......secondly, does this operate on a one day basis ie like MEX used to do (not expected you to give away how it works just an indication of how long it takes from start purchase to finish would be good).......thirdly, any idea of cost at present?

To answer your questions :-

1) Three out of the four schemes can be bought with no deposit, the other requires a deposit for completion, but then you get it back.

2) None are done using the mortgage express immediate remortgage model

3) With regard price. I can't say price until market research is back. This is being conducted in two ways - firstly we have sent our sales material out and asked clients to put a price tag on it and secondly the manual will be sent to a small number of contacts to read and suggest a price. When this is done we will be ready to go.

thanks for the reply, and sorry to labour the point but i'm interested in how long it takes to complete the process......ie I buy (ie fomally complete at sols) today, how long till its done and finished and out the other end (whatever the procedure is?)  Same day? A month? 6 months? Hope that makes sense.

As Jon, I'm also a tad frustrated that you're dangling an HUGE carrot, claiming to be going to offer something outrageously different - THE solution to safe and reliable day one no money down finance.  Yet we have to wait!

Whilst this is "fun" - and it is "good marketing" - I truly hope, for your sake, that your proposition DOES prove to offer all that has been implied - else you will crash and burn.  People are now expecting a lot from your proposition!

Please feel free to run your solution past me if you wish (you know that I'm Kosha, with plenty of experience).
