HI have seen this to terms banned around.

I think SARB stands for "Sale and Rent Back"  is that right?

Then What does SRB stand for? I thought it was the same thing, but need clarification. 

What is the difference between SARB and SRB

SRB also stands for Single Regeneration Budget a government regeneration challenge fund for revitalising communities around the country, superceded by NDFC (New Deal for Communities).

but I suspect clotties answer is the one you need...

as it happens I have been one of the biggest critics of government regeneration policy, particularly in middlesbrough where a city challenge programme created more jobs than there were unemployed, yet the level of unemployment didn't go down. where wholesale demolition is decided without regard for the people who live in the demolition areas and resident activists are driven out out town (or at least their jobs).

but don't get me started...lol
