I am also looking at Fort Apache Las Vegas and World Capital Partners generally.

    Re: World Capital partners

I was going to invest in Fort Apache with them, but decided against it, as they have no corporate history and the offer seemed too good to be true i.e. invest £19,000 and after 2 years u will get ure money back + any gain, or if there is a slum in the market u will still get ure 19k back. Plus the prices seemed a bit expensive. The deal was good but just didnt have enough on the company.

On the other hand I remember they had reputable lawyers and accountants for themselves.

    Re: World Capital partners

I have invested with them - Fort Apache, Las Vegas.

My experience of them has been excellent - good communication - good to deal with etc - although I'd also prefer them to have had more of a background as was wary (do note their parent company in New Zealand does have a strong track record).

The property options are a unique way to invest and I liked that.

BUT, as with all investments there's always risk! Since investing the $ has weakened and property prices in Las Vegas have fallen by 6%. If prices fall more than 10% I only get my investment back. Because of the weakening $ I will get back far less than I invested.
