3rd Palm of the World - Malaysia

I must admit this is my first posting here and feel a bit of a noob but  liked the content of the website so here I am.

I've been checking out a new development on the Sepang Gold Coast called the Golden Palm in Malaysia. Having done a fair bit of research into the project and the developer it's appeal is growing on me.

Has anyone bought there or has anyone else been contemplating purchasing there?

I would be greatful of any replies.

Re: 3rd Palm of the World - Malaysia

    Good evening,

We are actually one the UK exclusive marketing agents for the project and it actually really is as good as it suggests! We have bought some there as the investment case is so compelling.

If you have a development in that location it is going to attract a huge amount of attention and also the rental market should be huge due to the unique nature of the project in the area.

Anything that is made up of water bungalows in such a unique style, should see significant capital growth.

There are actually only 82 units left out of the 366 (there were at close of business on Friday 5th May) and I would be surprised if there were any units left by Friday 11th May.

If anybody is interested in this development, please do not hesitate to call me personally as I have invested there and can talk the whole project through with you.

For some more information, have a look at www.7cinvest.com/malaysia/thegoldenpalm.php.

Hi, there, i have also read quite a lot about this development, i have contacted the developer and they have told me a little about the development but they just tell you what the agents tell you. I have also contacted Swiss-Bel hotel to see if they would confirm their involvment in the project but havent had an email back yet.

However, i have reserved a travellers palm apartment. It is a very exciting development which offers loads of potential.

However these are selling like hot cakes, i had my eye on a certain apartment in a good area, the next day it had sold so i had to reserve the one next door.

    Regards,

    Nathan

Just to inform everyone, the Golden Palm Tree development is now over 80% sold out, they have opened the resort up to the Dubai and China markets and they are buying.

For all up to date availability please look at our site www.internationalpropertyestates.com where we have a live link to the price list and availability.

All reservations need to be confirmed by us with the developer, International Property Estates are a UK based overseas real estate agent giving up front advise on excellent investment products in emerging markets.

For advise on the development please also call 01661 821418 and I will endeavour to explain the product, its benefits and potential for capital growth.

Looks like a good development on the face of it.

Check behind it with good lawyers, the contracts, the builders, the rental contracts, with other buyers. Is 90% sold now, but looks good on the face of it.

Re: 3rd Palm of the World - Malaysia

The Palm site is almost completely sold out. On Friday there were 4 Ivory Villas that came available and we sold all 4 within 10 minutes!

There are about 20 canaries left and only about 25 travellers.

If anybody is interested in getting into this development now, trust me don't wait!

I have bought a Royale Villa personally as I feel it is one of the best investments around. There are a lot of other developments in emerging markets that can be construed as hypothetical investments as the returns are based purely on the capital growth of the unit which as we all know could be anything!!

The Palm development is so good because of it's location. It's in an established market and rental returns will be huge due to the location! With low-cost flights about to start operating directly from Gatwick to KL for £150, this market has got to go through the roof!

If anybody has any questions about this resort (and PF not a plug for Borneo :-)) give Sean or myself a call (all the details for us both are above).
