Yes, that sounds quite amazing.

On 10th October 2007, Rhett posted on this forum :

"After two years of blood, sweat and tears, I've finally cracked the ultimate marketing formula that is now generating the results I deserve."

So it is even more amazing that, unless he has bought many of those 100+ properties since October 2007, he bought most of them over the previous 1 year and 9 months (with no money down) using a formula that he was using BEFORE he hit upon the "ultimate marketing formula" in October 2007.

Yet  he was saying by implication that the older formula was not up to much. (Well, he wasn't "getting the results he deserved" so it couldn't have been much cop, could it ?) But if it enabled him to buy all those properties - at a rate of 1 per week (pretty impressive going !) it couldn't have been that bad a formula, could it ?

So ......... a couple of questions ............

Why was he trying to find a new marketing system if the old one was working well enough to land him a new property every week ?

How many properties has Rhett bought since 10th October 2007 using this "ultimate marketing system" ?

You seriously think I'm going to travel to the MIDLANDS to ask questions about totally obvious discrepancies in Rhett's sales pitch ? Do get real !

 Frankly, we've heard almost exactly this sales pitch before. And we didn't get any satisfactory answers then either.

There seems to be a consistent pattern here !

I've tried to hold my tounge until now as it seems you guys/girls on singing pig are quick to make assumptions about other people.  The intention of my first posting back on 10th October 2007 was to help new investors learn from some of the mistakes I'd made in the first 20 months of trading.  Then I decided to keep my mouth shut as it seemed there were enough experts making judgements. 

Since then, I've kept my head down and just got on with my business.  From the amount of people who made contact with me personally, there was a craving for this information and enough demand to hold a one day course.  For those who were quick to make assumptions, 'tough luck' as I do not intend sharing my creative strategies with you on this forum.

 The answer to your question is that I've assisted 35 families or individuals since 10th October.  As I spend time each week testing and measuring my marketing/customer service/KPI's, we are always striving to improve the business and intend doubling the size of the portfolio this year.

OK Rhett, that is fine, thank you. And there is no need to get quite so defensive. Nobody has yet accused you of anything.

So, in roughly 16 weeks you have "assisted 35 families or individuals". That is double your previous success rate assuming that they all bought one property. (By the way, are you saying that they DID all buy one property, or did some not buy at all and others bought more than one ? "Assisted" is a bit vague.)

And it ISN'T actually the answer to my question, which was how many properties YOU have bought with "no money down" since 10th October last year ?

I was interested in comparing your purchase success with your new system against the old one which enabled you to achieve one per week, not in how many you have helped others to buy.

Apologies for my vagueness, however I have purchased 35 properities 'all no money down' all in my own name.  I should have explained it better. If I add up the properties I've bought for other investors, the total would be over 40...

 I see myself as a 'problem solver' assisting my customers with a win-win solution, not as a greedy property investor, hence the reason for my being vague with my last posting.
