selling my property sales webportal shares. (housepick.co.uk)(vr360uk.co.uk)
Hello folks, I am the half owner (50%) of a property web portal, where we list people’s homes for sale or for rent, saving the owner in estate agents fees. As you may know that the private house sales market has tripled in the last 12 months, as people are going it alone to sell their homes, it is predicted to double again in the next year or so, doe to the fact that home owners will be selling private after they have spent out £350 to £500 on HIPS reports. Am selling to pursuit other interest, and don’t have the time to market the website on a national level, its doing good in the Merseyside area where we have had a lot of success. And have saved a few property owners, thousands upon thousands of pounds in estate agents fees. I think it will work for somebody with a fresh challenge that knows the property markets, a developer, or just somebody who has properties they may be selling in the near future, Also our website affiliate fish4homes is all paid up for 12 months, I will show you how to use this fish4homes account, putting property one it. This is a fantastic property web-portal, which is tied in with hundreds of major property portals like. Email4property.co.uk Channel4homes.co.uk Tescopropertyservices.co.uk Nestoria Home.co.uk And many more. The website has so much potential, and marketing ideas that I didn’t have time to put forward, will be happy to help you once you are on board. its a great Opportunity, and you will be surprised how much it is… Opportunity, and you will be surprised how much it is… For more information and any questions, contact me.

Re: selling my property sales webportal shares. (housepick.co.uk)(vr360uk.co.uk)
I would think twice before getting in to these 'cheap' sell-it-yourself type website. Tesco have had to shut their site down after a ruling by the OFT. THANKS FOR THE COMMENT PETE. When Tesco started their private home sales site, we were a bit sad that a big boy came into our street, and getting onto the “for sale by owner” band wagon, and so where other private house sales websites. Just goes to show how forward thinking Tescos are, they can see this is a growing market and they wanted a big slice of the action. Just like the many sell it yourself websites that are out their. You wouldn’t think twice if you sold your house privately Pete, saving you about £8000 in estate agents sales fees. You want to meet the people who have sold their homes, saving them thousands of pounds; they have smiles like a Cheshire cats. Now, I can see the points of the estate agents, and independent estate agents, getting peed off with tescos, end of the day its all about monopoly, and tescos are taking the Biscuit getting involved with the private house sales markets. My site has a lot of potential, as you may know that the private sales Market has gone up by 300% in the last year; we have done our own research by looking at other private sales websites like Houseladder which is the top private house sales website in the UK. In Merseyside alone they had about 56 homes listed back In December 2006, now they have about 152 homes listed this is down to there good marketing, and it’s the same with a few more, were they only average about 5 to 15 properties for an area or county. Still a lot of people don’t really now how to sell the homes privately, and don’t know about these private sales websites, the private house market, or for sale by owner is less than 1%, but is estimated to grow to 5% in the next 3 years. It’s all about letting people out there now who you are, and were you are. There are a few Houseladder work on persons putting on their own pictures and house descriptions for a set fee, from £90 up to £250. Like I said it’s a great business model, but don’t have the time to push it forward, so looking for someone who is up for challenge and has spare time to market the website. My shares are worth £11.000, but will be happy to sell for £5500, like I said the fish4homes account is all paid up for one year. Or you could even pay £25.000 for a basic franchise. I don't know where you get this figure of £8,000 from. I believe the average house price nationwide is currently around £220k Taking an average fee of 1.5% + VAT that would be less than £4,000. And, coincidentally, I have just sold my house using an internet agent that charged just £199. But they did the job properly, visiting my property, taking photographs and advertising it on Rightmove. My house was on the market for 2 days, got 6 viewings and sold it for full asking price. My shares are worth £11.000, but will be happy to sell for £5500.
How do you work that figure out? And you're selling a half share? What does you're business partner think about this?

I would think twice before getting in to these 'cheap' sell-it-yourself type website. Coincidentally, I have just sold my house using an Internet agent that charged just £199. You have contradicted your self here……………………………………….. Well good on you, for going private. It worked for you. So I gather you went with either the housenetwork or hatched, yes these to are Members of The Ombudsman For Estate Agents that can use rightmove. Yes, as you can see, I know my markets. “Don’t know where you get this figure of £8,000 from” Well the site has helped sell properties up to the value of £680,000 in the Calderstones area of Liverpool, were the average price of the houses are about half a million. Take a look on the site main page you can see one of them. Also we do come out and a write up, value your house, take pictures, floor plans and do a real, I mean real 360-degree virtual tour pictures, not a picture that scans left to right, its all on the site, I take it you haven’t looked at it. http://www.vr360uk.co.uk/virtualtours/vr360uk05/vr360uk05.html http://www.vr360uk.co.uk/listinge.htm I really don’t want to get into this silly little spat; I can see you have a lot of time on your hands. Want any questions ring me. Please don’t knock it; Its on, its working and needs someone, who wants a fresh start. Like I said it has a lot of potential. I don’t have the time.

Try reading my post again, there is no contradiction. I said not too use a 'sell-it-yourself type website'. I used an online agent who did everything a 'normal' agent would do, except charge me a fortune.
So I gather you went with either the housenetwork or hatched, yes these to are Members of The Ombudsman For Estate Agents that can use rightmove. Yes, as you can see, I know my markets.
Wrong and inaccurate. Wrong - I did not use either of these. Inaccurate - it is not a requirement of Rightmove membership to be a member of the OEA. As long as you comply with the Estate Agency Act and Property Misdescriptions act you can join Rightmove.
“Don’t know where you get this figure of £8,000 from”
Well the site has helped sell properties up to the value of £680,000 in the Calderstones area of Liverpool, were the average price of the houses are about half a million.
Deliberately misleading, this is nowhere near an average figure.
Take a look on the site main page you can see one of them. Also we do come out and a write up, value your house, take pictures, floor plans and do a real, I mean real 360-degree virtual tour pictures, not a picture that scans left to right, its all on the site, I take it you haven’t looked at it.
Wrong - of course I looked. You offer to advertise properties on your website from £15. Do you offer the above service for this? No, which is why you can't get on Rightmove like a proper agent.
I really don’t want to get into this silly little spat; I can see you have a lot of time on your hands.
Twit!
Please don’t knock it;
I'm not knocking it, I was asking questions which you seem unable or unwilling to answer: How do you work that figure out? And you're selling a half share? What does you're business partner think about this?
