Looking for a Property Zealot Friend!!

    Hi

I recently got into property which has been a life long dream.

I have bought 1 BLT London and I am looking to add to my portfolio through various methods; bmv, new builds, auctions etc.....

As I am selfemployed and doing this alone it can feel like such a lonly road sometimes, my partner has no interest in proerty Sad

I am looking for some other female property entrepreneurs; who would like someone to share with, bounce ideas off or even do joint ventures etc

    The more the merrier!!!Smile

    Thanks

    Hi Zave

I've recently bought my first BTL (HMO) which I've refurbished and am now about to rent :)  it's been a learning process!! I like you am new to the property game and am looking for like minded ladies to share ideas and network with. I currently work full time but plan to reduce my hours at work by early next year to focus more time on property with a view to leaving the day job behind in the not too distant future.

I live in Ealing and have bought my first property in Watford. Drop me a line if you fancy talking property - like you my partner has limited interest!

    all the best

Re: Looking for a Property Zealot Friend!!

    Hi Zave,

I've only seen your post  few days ago. I might be one of those friends you're looking for

I'm quiet new to investing as well. Bought and sold a few, I have one BTL at the moment. Now I'm focusing on my website, when it is up and running in couple of weeks, hopefuly I'm taking the route to BMV. I have been to Glenn's course, recently purchased Rialto's manual, trying to learn as much as I can. I've recently moved to Kent, yet I'm still in London most of the time. I haven't been to PNC events for sometime. They are quiet good to meet new investors.

It would be nice to meet likeminded lady investors,

     Regards,

    Serps

    Hi

I have only just seen your post....

I too am self employed and have been concentrating on buying property BMV for 6 months now with some success. I work from home and find it a lonely experience and would welcome the opportunity to share ideas etc with like minded people in the property game!

I live in South West London but am happy to meet anywhere within the M25 or Berkshire / Hampshire way

Let me know if you are still interested in meeting people

Re: Looking for a Property Zealot Friend!!

    Hi Zave

It'll be a delight.  My contact details are below.  I live in London too and we can certainly meet up as my other half thinks I am speaking Latin when I talk passionately about property.  I was in conveyancing for a long time before switching to this.  Friends think I should be in a nut house as I sleep, walk and talk property all the time (not always!!)

    Cheers,
