He covers the concepts of buying BMV, & negotiation based on the décor of the property.
More importantly he teaches about buying the property direct from a seller & creating a ‘win – win’ scenario based on the sellers personal circumstance.
For example does the seller have unsecured debt? Can you negotiate on it with the debtors? If so – to what? Could you use this to influence your offer on a property?
As a homeowner would you be happy if a creative scenario was constructed by a property investor using the equity from your home (that you cannot access) to clear your debts & to put yourself back into a positive cashflow position? Instead of getting your house repossessed & losing it all? Not to mention the fact if your eligible for housing benefit - you could now be technically living in the property rent free (as housing benefit can cover your rental payments – but not the payments on the mortgage).
Glenn has amassed a portfolio of over 40 properties in just over 18 months. Some people talk – this man walks the walk. How many people who are running property seminars own a large portfolio of properties & have no boss?
I learnt how to stop a sellers property getting repossessed, by making an offer that: reduces or clears the sellers debts (if the have any), and giving them the option to buy the property back at a future date.
Glenns course is the only I have come across that teaches you how to negotiate a good deal – for both the buyer & the seller. Anyone can say – “I’ll buy your house for cash luv”, but a property owner will not sell unless a positive scenario is constructed for them. Most people can spot someone taking the mick a mile away!
* It is not a course telling you that house prices double every 10 years & you will make money long term if you buy one of our overpriced apartments. There is no selling involved.
I currently have 2 property deals going through using the techniques from Glenns course. That means I will have 8 houses age 24, using none of my own money & without any help from family.
