    Where to learn about commercial

I am interested in learning more about commercial property investing and small developments.  Could anyone point me in the direction of good books/magazines/websites to get a decent grounding and build a knowledge base.

I asked Wolfblass about this and was pointed at the Estates Gazette - worth a look.

I don't think its enough to read about the commercial sector, I think that an experienced partner/ mentor will be the thing that works for me.

Alternatively you can save yourself £122 by buying this book which probably has the same information in it:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0728203502/qid=1153004124/sr=1-10/ref=sr_1_2_10/026-1416668-7073218#product-details

It's about the best book that will introduce you to the general principles of commercial property investment as well as going into more detail as to how it is valued. It will also introduce you to aspects that you can do more detailed reading on in other publications.

The book above and others relating to commerical property can be found in any decent bookstore with an academic department.

There are no secrets to commercial property, it's all about research, experience and posting questions here that hopefully I can answer!

    Best regards,

    WB
